I believe there in a Rate limit on upload API, i.e. (as an example) I can not upload more than 100 videos in every 45 minutes via API. I was wondering if there is such limitation in playing the video on native apps (which is based on API call using account credentials). Please advise.

The rate limit is for uploading, not viewing. You should be fine.

Could you please describe what you are trying to do?

Lucas: I want to hard-code my Streambale account credential (username and password) into our android application, in order to use Streamable API when any video is being viewed  (by end customer) in the native android application.
The application has 50K users, so there is possibility that many users, on different devices, view a video at the same time.
I want to be sure no end-user would have trouble viewing the videos in native android applications (error like Rate-Limit for using same account-id in API calls).
Please kindly advise.
